Hi I hope you can help I have done everything on the app but my headset still keeps asking me to put in the code and I can't figure out what has happened

Pairing code issue is not fun and we know this is taking time away from your game time and want to make sure we can get you back on track. Please let us know if you happen to switch to your any secondary account? If not, we highly recommend uninstalling and installing the app on your phone. Then please make sure to check your cloud backup with the following steps:
Finally, proceeding into a Factory Reset this will help you start clean as the pairing code should be connecting with your headset automatically.
