I got the meta quest plus free trial and canceled the renewal right away and when I tried to download a game it just went into the loading button and a few seconds later same text: “Install to quest 2”. So i tried to download it on my headset and when I clicked on the app it just said “Redeem” and it was greyed out meaning I couldnt press it. I already redeemed the game thru my phone. Only games I could download were those 2 monthly games
Hey @thescaryduck! As you cancelled the renewal right away, you basically terminated your free trial too.
When you unsubscribe from Meta Quest+ you will lose access to all previously redeemed titles and will not be able to redeem additional titles, so that's why the game was unredeemable when you went back onto it! 🍒
