hello I've been trying to download games on my rift but every time I try I get a notification saying "sorry, we couldn't install (game name)" I've tried many things to fix it but nothing has worked
Hey there, thanks for reaching out. We see that you are having issues with being unable to download games on your Rift device. This is absolutely a hindrance to the experience we want you to have and we also want you to experience your new games.
It is possible that this issue is related to the outages we had recently. A fix has been found and is being rolled out to all devices. We do not have any information on when this will be complete and we'll update everyone when it's fully deployed.
