A couple days ago I was trying to download Roblox but when I did, it said purchased so when I look at the app library its not there and now I cant download anything on app lab. I've tried the meta ap but it also doesn't work, i cant uninstall it and I've restarted my headset. but for some reason I can still download other games and there is no tutorials or anything on why this is happening
Hey @Everdecia, we hate that you are having so much trouble downloading games! What you can do is try the following; If it won't install from your library, try opening up the game in the store, to see if you can prompt it to download that way. Make sure your headset has enough space to download and unpack the game files. Typically, it's best to have double the space of the game available. If the game is 3gb, make sure you have 6gb.
If that doesn't work, we recommend restarting your router, and reconnecting your Wi-Fi in the headset after it reboots. If it still shoots back the install failed error, you may need to factory reset the headset, which will wipe it back to default settings. You'll need to re-setup the headset via the mobile app, and all of your games/apps will be available for re-install after signing in again. If you do end up needing to factory reset, be sure to backup your save files to the Oculus Cloud using the Cloud Backup feature

Hello and thank you for responding but if I do factory reset my headset will i need to buy all the games for money and will I lose all my progress in them?

hi i have a meta quest2 and i am triyng to download the game bodus but i cant find it in the store and when i klick on a link to this game it brings me there but there just stands app unavailible pls help me with this

Looking on our side here, we can confirm this game is not currently in our App Store. Could you let us know, what link are you specifically referring to when attempting to install this app? As we are unable to locate this app at all. In addition to that, we do want to let you know that apps from App Lab haven’t gone through the full Meta Quest review process, so they may include unknown issues relating to comfort, performance or other factors. Due to that, the game developers may be the best resource available for this specific issue, as we're unable to find this game on our side.

Am trying to install a app lab game I have it in my library when I look in the app and it is supported on my meta device and when I go in my car it isn’t there and when I look for it in the store in vr when I click the game the get/install button just keeps loading no matter how long I what for it
