Hi. I just bought a new Dell that meets all the Oculus link requirements for the Quest 2. That said, it came with Windows 11 which doesn't seem to be supported by Oculus. My son went from all smiles to a huge frown when we installed the Oculus app, bought the Rick and Morty game and then it stopped uploading the game halfway through. Can someone please advise? Kid is heartbroken and i don't know how to help.
i've unistalled and reinstalled the oculus app. seems to be working fine.
I've restarted the computer.
I've checked the app and it recognizes the Quest 2.
Sincere thanks to anyone willing to assist

Hi. It's a known issue and hopefully has been fixed... Just waiting on the fix to migrate out to everyone. Lots of us have the problem tho so oculus will have to sort it out. Check some of the other threads in this support forum regarding failed installs and store purchases for more info
That said I can't promise win 11 won't still give you problems.... Just that it isn't the reason you can't install games 😉
