Cant pair headset. When i check device info says state is locked

So I've had a quest2 for a couple years now. I didn't see there was a age verification before march and it locked me out. It says in the headset i have to june 22nd to update but I did. I updated my info and it says my account is good to go. But it kept giving me an error message in the Quest headset. So I've factory reset it hoping it would let me in but now it refuses to even pair. keeps giving me an error saying unable to pair. I have everything needed to pair. bluetooth is on. connected to the internet. when i go to the menu where you factory reset I check device status or data section says state locked. Any ideas?

Howdy! We understand that you are having issues with pairing your Headset, let's help and get you back into the VR world! Please do make sure you have tried the following steps:

  • Make sure that your phone and headset are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • If you have a dual band network, these devices must be on the same frequency.
  • Check your phone’s app store and make sure the Meta Quest app is up to date.
  • If your headset is being used by multiple people, you may need to log out and back into the Meta Quest app.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Oculus app

Ive tried everything. Still no luck.

  • When did this issue begin? Did you make any changes to your device beforehand?
  • Were you ever able to use the headset normally?
  • Do you get any specific error messages?
  • Which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Please list them all, as we don't want to have you repeat things unnecessarily.

I cany reply to the email so I will explain everything here ive tried every troubleshooting thing and it still doesn't work I cant connect it to my headset and it just won't connect it jus1t poops up an error on my phone idk what to do

If you don't list the steps that you have tried, we are likely going to ask you to repeat steps, as we don't know what "every troubleshooting thing" is. You also mentioned that you're not able to reply to an email. Did you contact our support team by chance? If so, can you provide us with a ticket number so we can review everything that was discussed there? 

Lastly, what happens when you try to reply to the email? Depending on how things go, it may be important to have the ability to respond to an email.
