When I try to join calls or play online games it just loads forever, and i think it was from something i clicked that said something about “disable” so if you know what this is please help me fix it.
Hello @Snoopyiscool! We love playing online with our friends and we would love to get you back to enjoying that as well. Lets try a few basic troubleshooting steps to see if that gets you back online.
If the issue is only happening with a specific app, lets uninstall and reinstall the app
Power cycle your device: When the device is on, hold the power button for 60 seconds or until the device powers back on
Check for any updates on your device
After you've tried these if the issue continues lets have you try a factory reset.
Complete a Factory reset on your device. Before completing the factory reset, we recommend turning on our Cloud Backup feature to save any game data from being erased from your device during the factory reset!
