Cant verify my age - Meta account (Norway)

My son has a Quest 3. He is 11. I live in Norway.

Meta has disabled his account and wants me to verify his age (10-12 or 13+). I want to verify him as 11.

I have my own account and want to use "Parental supervision", but i cant verify my age on my account. The problem starts when i add my Visa or Mastercard. The card gets rejected. 

I have been in contact with META-support for 3-4 weeks now. A new "person" is looking into the problem every time. Nothing has happend. 

META blames my bank. I have been in contact with my bank, and they say that problem is that my norwegian VISA (or mastercard) has 3-d secure (NETS) and META dont support that.

Is there any other way to confirm my age on my account?
