Cant view synced videos on Meta Quest app

I cant view synced videos on the oculus app, i synced them to my phone and they show there but i cant actually watch them theres just this wifi symbol with a “!” I have a stable internet connection so i dont know why i cant watch them

Man. Oculus Idk what to do I think it's the syncing but it really sucks if you could find a way that would be absolutely golden also why 1 gb max. This is a needed fix for a yt'ber like me

No, I am having this same issue and nothing has resolved it. Please respond with a solution to the issue.

im having the same problem. it seems that whenever i record a video at least 6 minutes long, i sync it but it doesnt show it. it shows the wifi symbol with the explanation mark. i have stable internet, and i tried to save it to my files but if doesnt work.

I have found a work around to the problem but the thing is any video over 9 mins long would not be able to viewed and had a wifi symbol with a ! in the middle
