Right. So, funds available, the card is the card I use for similar activities online (purchasing from ebay, xbox, et cetera). I've deleted and re-added the card a couple of times ... yet every time I try to make a purchase of a game on the meta store, I get a 'Card declined - insufficient funds' error message.
We'd like to try and help you get back to having fun in VR with the games you want to play.
