I put the Oculus to charge and out of nowhere the charging station burned out. I tried to make a claim with the insurance and they told me that it was still covered by the manufacturer and that I have to contact you guys.... how do I do that? I need help to file a claim 🤷🏻:male_sign:👍🏻

The thing is that I also have an Ocuclus, but the one that was damaged was my son's, an Ocuclus Quest 3s. My son is 9 years old, so I'm helping him with the claim. The thing is, we both have Meta accounts. Does you guys need my account or my son's?
