Why would my MedQuest 3 be choppy and grainy when I cast on my phone or TV? Or keeps freezing too.

Hi there, @rugratmike! We know running into issues casting can really take the fun out of VR, so we'd be glad to lend a hand with that! We do have a few things you can try to improve the quality of the casting, as well as some key points to keep in mind! Firstly, TVs with built-in Chromecast or other smart functionality may be supported, but compatibility cannot be guaranteed with all models. You may experience issues when casting and recording simultaneously, and exiting or minimizing the Meta Quest mobile app may interrupt casting. We'd love to get this working seamlessly for you, so please try out the following for us when you get a chance:
