Parents appreciate that we can now make full child accounts with parental controls — however, I now cannot cast from the accounts on the same device, including the child accounts I supervise. There is no way to see or supervise what my child is seeing on their screen, even when they specifically ask me to.
Please create a feature where at the very least the primary account attached to a VR headset is able to request viewing access to any account also on the same headset device. Frankly there is no reason parents should not automatically be able to view a child’s account’s casting. This results in many arguments and frustration when kids have questions and it takes sometimes hours to work out simple issues.
Please fix this as soon as possible we’ve gotten so frustrated and from what I’ve read in forums online we are not the only parents with this issue. Furthermore if someone else who is not a child wants to show us their screen, we have no way to do it unless we are logged in as them …. ? I mean who wants to give their login information to someone else just to see their gameplay? Or hand someone their unlocked phone? On other game systems you just have to be friends to share screen, why is this so difficult on the VR? Please fixed this asap
