Casting to an Amazon Fire Stick is currently not supported. However, you are able to cast to a phone or computer. You can find all the details for casting here.
If you are specifically looking to cast to your TV, I do have a little workaround to suggest! First, you will need to start casting to your phone or computer (with the steps provided in the link above). Once it's casting to your phone or computer, you can then cast your phone or computer to your TV. I know this isn't a very direct solution, but I know I've done this myself when I had friends over!
