I put in the wrong DOB when verifying a change to my child's account.
The account is now suspended after a single mistake.
I know what the issue is. I should have put in my child's old DOB to verify the changes but I put in the new one so this has suspended the account.
Each time I now try to verify this just states "Too many attempts, please try again later". Anyone know the time limit I need to wait??
I have asked support to "unlock" the account so I can verify the account but nothing back so far.
