Hey there @Bubbabigtoe8. You should Send Support a DM. Tell them what happened and ask if they'll do a one time exception for you. If they agree to, they're going to need to get some information from you in order to authenticate and make an account change.
Be prepared to have the following on hand:
Full Name as it appears on the account
Email Address
Current Alias/Username
Last four digits of the card on the account
If PayPal is being used: PayPal email address
Recent purchase made on the account
The current store credit balance
Hopefully you can get that resolved quickly!
