Changed to a supervised account now my son can’t log in

Please can someone help I’m at my wits end with this, I’m in the UK and have had to add my sons account who’s 11’ to my account.

This has worked and I can see him in my account but now he can’t log in on his Oculus Quest 2 App it just throws up a page on the app saying upload ID and when clicked it say error

when I’ve logged into the app as my account to try give him the Oculus it asks for a code, when I input the code it says invalid 🤯 I have even factory reset the headset.

I’ve contacted support but they are not responding. He needs his account as he’s spent a lot of his own money on games and purchases. Please can someone help 🙏
