Changing resolution standalone

hello

is it possible to change the internal resolution and refresh rate for when using the quest 3 on its own?

apparently you can but i dont get any settings in display apart from night mode,

i know you can change these settings when using the oculus pc link app, but this only applies when using the quest this way

@Imghosted  the Games Quest Optimizer app gives you access to change resolution and other settings from  within the headset.

have you had any luck with this? i dont really want to be spending extra monies on an app that may work and QOL features that should just be native to the headset with the quest 2 as you can turn off 120hz direct from that headset
