Charged without say

Hello, so one day I was trying to buy a 15 dollar game and it didn’t go through on the account I started the oculus on. So I made another account where the purchase did go through. The first time I tried to buy it on my starting account it said didn’t go through but I found out I was charged for the same game twice. One on one account, one on the other. What do I do?

@andre.160669 Whoa, seems like that's quite the issue. 

 

If you're able to log into the secondary account you purchased the game on in your phone and it's still within the 14 day/2 hour in-game trial, you can request a refund for the game with the following steps:

  1. Open the Meta Quest Mobile app on your phone.
  2. Tap Menu in bottom right corner.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Purchase History.
  5. Select the game you'd like to request a refund for.
  6. Tap Request Refund.

 

If that doesn't seem to work, you might want to hit up the support team PMs in order for them to get that closer look since they will need your account information.
