My son has a meta quest 3. The charging port has been pushed in and the headset can no longer be plugged in to charge.
What are my options on fixing this?

You would want to contact Meta support and ask for warranty repair coverage. Find out if it can be repaired under warranty. https://www.meta.com/help/support/
If it isn’t covered under warranty and if you are good with electronics repair, there are multiple videos on youtube that will show you the steps to repair pretty much anything in the Quest 3.
BUT, repair of the Quest 3 is not an easy task. If you are not skilled at electronics/PC type of repair, I wouldn't risk it.

Thank you I was able to finally get through to Meta Quest and since the headset is out of warranty they will not repair it. They did give us an opportunity to buy a refurbished headset or just purchase a new one.

@12donutlord in what country are you based. There are services like 'fix my oculus' that repair VR headsets. It's going to be cheaper than a new headset.
