Bro my quest 2 is charging hella slow and I don’t know why I had it for a little over a week and it’s already tweaking first one side my my headset sounded distorted and now my vr won’t even charge normaly it’s been on the charger for 4 hours now and it still isn’t at 10%

It appears that you're having some issues with your headset not charging properly, and the side of your headset feels distorted. We know how crucial it is to have your device working properly so you can fully experience the VR world. No worries; we'd be more than happy to further look into this for you.

 

First, let's tackle your charging issue. Could you please try the following for us:

 

  • Try a different cable or charger.
  • Make sure you're charging the headset without the facial interface.
  • Make sure you don't have any third-party accessories or Elite strap with battery charged up to the headset.
  • Try charging the device from a different wall outlet.

K so the charger that came with my vr my mom got me stopped working so I had to get a driffent charger a Chromebook one it worked perfectly about the sound problem I fixed it my sweat somehow got trapped inside my headset also can u guys run me a solid and fix the error we’re when I’m using my vr in the dark the vr doesn’t spam the tracking disabled error also why does the oculus run android 4 💀

We know headset tracking is very important. We recommend using a well lit room as the headsets can have issues with tracking in the dark. For more information about and recommended setups to help with tracking, check out this article: Meta Quest Headset Tracking

  • "Optimal tracking conditions: In order for the tracking on your headset to work best, your playspace should have bright, even lighting. As a general recommendation, you'll want to have the same amount of light as you would have in the living room when you have guests over. If the lighting in your room is too dark, your headset may lose the ability to use 6DoF tracking."

Oh my charger block burned out cuz it was always getting hot a lot so I just got a Chromebook charger and why can’t u provide free games you guys can illtery make the game free if u wantted but ok
