My meta quest 3 just randomly started not charging when it was turned on, but when i turn it off it charges. But before i was able to charge it while it being turned on. Please help!
Hey there, @SeniorMarcell411! Running into charging issues with your Quest 3 is not ideal, and we are happy to work with you in looking into this. So one major thing here. is depending on what you are doing while plugged in, it could still be requiring more power then what it is receiving from the device its charging from. Try connecting from a different charging device/cable to see if that helps with your charging issues. We also recommend to try a different wall outlet or PC from where you are currently charging from.
