I have been trying for a year now to get help. My oculus 2 is not charging. Nothing. I can't even reboot it because it is dead. Tried everything even a new charger.
There is no email address for help, no phone number for help, no address for a return. This is the most frustrating thing. It lasted less than a year. I'm very unhappy. Dissatisfied with this product and the lack of customer service.
Any help would be appreciated.
