A group of us with Q3 on v68 who have been using the call function (in the chat app) to connect every day for 2 years suddenly (this week) can no longer hear everyone in the call.
We think it happens after the 5th person joins the call. The last one in hears and can be heard by everyone but the others can only hear that person or one or two others. I tried Meta help and they had no idea.
We use the chat app to gather the group in one of the environments before heading into an app that doesn't have voice (Holofit, original Contractora etc)
the limit to these calls is 8 and there have been no issues until this week. It happens no matter who starts the call.
any ideas?
I asked the help person and they directed me here and said this is a monitored chat. If you're listening Meta, there's an issue with the chat app. Thank you!

I've had this issue as well for the past week or so. I also often see the visuals that accompany when someone joins or leaves a call -- but in other apps as well, not just in the host's home environment, to the point that it obstructs my view in the other app.

It's becoming increasingly frustrating as even the meta people can only say to reboot which is of course the first thing we do before asking for help....
I'm starting to wonder if someone at Meta just decided to reduce the limit and didn't tell anyone.

I hope that’s not the case, as that would be extremely disappointing and stop me from using my headset for the main reason that I got it which is the social aspect. Hopefully it’s just a problem with the new update and someone will communicate that and get it fixed.
