Hello,
My child received a MetaQuest2 for Christmas, and I realized we had set him up as the “primary user” when I attempted to link his account to my parent account. He was listed as a “teen”, so I promptly updated his birthday to reflect his age (10 years old). Upon doing so, his account is now suspended. I attempted to link his account to mine again to no avail with the links provided on the account suspension page. The only other option is to upload an id to confirm his age which he clearly does not have. He’s devastated and I’m torn. He played one game, and has $100 in gift card credit on the account. I’ve attempted to contact support through chat, and a support ticket with no assistance. Can someone please help link his child account to my parent account so he can enjoy his Christmas present? I would greatly appreciate it.

My son is the exact same position. We have until Tuesday to fix it, but Meta stopped responding to my emails a good month ago. Nothing we have done has helped, and they just keep passing me off to another person (or bot), who just tells me the same info and asking the same questions that I’ve already answered. I used to be listed as supervising his account, but THEY took it away and won’t let me reconnect the two. I’m hoping someone gets back to me soon.

My son set up the account and made himself older than he actually is (we had no idea at the time). I don’t WANT to make a new account for him, because he has spent HUNDREDS of dollars of his own money (on both the Quest 2 and multiple games) on this system. I’m being told that content can’t be migrated to another account. I have an account. It USED TO BE listed as supervising his account. Someone at Meta deleted that. Now we are stuck. How do we fix it?

My name is Calvin piggie I have a quest 2, purchased one for my grandson… I think his account is suspended.. communicated with support one time how long does it takes to get this resolved? I can I tell what he violated? Can someone please respond?

Same thing here I am getting an email from a different person every day… asking basically the same questions.. but no help.

The same has happened to me. It has been a week now and I had one reply after I reported fault when attempted to do the parent and child email and now iv had nothing. I have contact chat services several times to be told my case would be expedited however nothing. How did you resolve this and how long did it take as we cannot use headset.

Honestly, I gave up after SIX MONTHS. After months and months of the same replies, completely disregarding that I had already sent the requested information NUMEROUS times to I don't even know how many different support people, I have accepted the fact that meta has just stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from it's customers with no remorse and no way forward for anyone. It's the same run around of broken links sent over and over and over with no resolution. So, there you go meta, way to go, you managed to make me give up after 6 MONTHS of trying to get it resolved. Hope that money you stole is paying for one of the customer service team members to do nothing to help.

Same thing happening to my account. It's INFURIATING me. No help whatsoever. Meta should be ashamed! Lots of $$$ and time went into these games. My kid is devastated because of this.
