I'm just sick and tired of this, I used to be singing the praises of Oculus Quest... until I tried to get my childs' account working. What a pile of rubbish this is. Steps taken so far...
Created a teen account, with the wrong age as I didn't know if we would be able to allow different age games (my mistake for not checking in advance). This was linked to the parent account.
So now I have a Teen account that is suspended that I cannot link to a parent account or convert to a childs' account. It's like you're getting tied up in rope and the knots are getting tighter with every move you make, until you're on the floor helpless.
Please Meta, fix this mess. I've had enough, and so has my child with their birthday present. Your processes suck and your user interface doesn't give either the information for next steps, or warnings what may happen if you do the wrong thing.
Edit: All of my cards have been blocked, yes thankyou Meta great stuff
Edit: I unblocked a card and it went through on PC to the next step (the card must have been blocked whilst on the android meta app as the contacting bank screen went wrong and was hidden). I now cannot use the childs email address as it is on the blocked account, even though this is what the supplied link asked us to do

Same thing happened to us. my child’s account has been permanently disabled after three months of back and forth Emails and chat. I cannot speak to a person so I have to speak to an AI generated email. Steps to take, which make no sense and are impossible to follow We’ve spent $100 in games and now we cannot access them and I’m extremely upset. I want to contact corporate if anybody has a number let me know.
