My sons account was suspended after I fixed his birthday. I created an account for myself after the fact but can not add his account to mine. How do I get his account unsuspended? No way of calling and talking to anyone. He turns 13 in July, will his account be unsuspended then? I would really like to get him back to using his VR, please help. The app is ver frustrating trying to figure out how to message for support.

I've been trying to get a similar issue resolved with the meta "tech specialists" for around 3 months now and I'm still waiting to get this resolved, but I'm getting nowhere.

This is so frustrating; it should not be this difficult to try to reach someone in support to help you. I have never been on such a non user friendly app.

My son spent a lot of his Christmas money on games and add ons which he now has no access too now either, all they needed to do is change the account to a child account and allow me to correct his date of birth, but they wouldn't even do that or transfer his purchases to the new account that I had to make, he lost a lot of money due to this.
