My sons account was acting up, then next thing we knew he was logged out. Now when we try to log him back in to his Account, after entering his email, the next window that comes up prompts him to link a facebook account......we can't refuse it or anything. Therefore he cannot log in. Why would it require a 10 year old to link a Facebook account? Is there a way to log back into a child's account without this step? This is new because we just made his account over a week ago.
We would love to look into this and get your Son back into the Metaverse.
