I bought my 11 year old daughter a Meta Quest 2 for her birthday a few months ago and we purchased a couple of apps via her account. My account was added as a separate one on the Quest.
However, her account has now been suspended and we can no longer access the purchased apps. Please can someone advise how we can get the app ownership transferred to me or get her account re-instated? Going through the pages on the support website literally sends you around in circles and doesn't give you any answers at all.
