My daughters account was disabled due to me not seeing the meta email stating that her account would be disabled unless we Go to auth.meta.com/verify and log in to get started, or go directly there by clicking the “Get started” button.
Well I missed that email and for the life of me cannot figure out how to contact support to have the account re-enabled. I'd prefer to create a new account to avoid the aggrivation on locating someone to help me but she has spent her hard earned $ on several games and factory resetting and using a new account would cause her to lose her games.
Any help getting her account enabled would be greatly appreciated.
