I just bought a brand new headset. Set it up. Downloaded horizon worlds. I had a headset before so I'm familiar with the game and avatar process.
my problem is I'm only able to see one page of clothes. Like it's not loading the variety of clothes for females at all. No tops. No bottoms. Just men's sports clothing. No filters are on. I've tried changing on my phone, on the oculus and through the meta quest game itself and same result. None of the clothes are loading. I'm only left with sports clothing. Is this a glitch?

Having limited clothing options for your Horizon Worlds avatar definitely hampers your ability to be creative with your style for the avatar, and not something that should be intended. In this case it is something we would want to make sure to bug report in the Horizon Worlds app, so that it goes to the correct team to investigate. Please follow the steps below to report this:

Hey, I’m having the exact same issue and it’s been happening for at least 2 months now. Did you ever get it resolved?
