Need to do a factory reset, but headset won’t stay on due to battery issues. How can I save games to the cloud on either the computer or phone app.

do you want to save the entire game?

There is no need to do that (and i don't think it's even possible).....just download the games again after facory reset

Or do you just mean the progress that you made in your games?

Your progress is saved in cloud backup, this normally enabled by default.

About cloud backup 

You can also look which games supporting cloud backup and the date of last save
