Asked to start a conversation on here in regards to starting a complaint I have with an ongoing issue concerning credit.
In an email loop of trying to get my original issue resolved, and I'm tired of being past over to a different rep each time, starting the issue over again and again and again.
I now want to complain, while trying to solve my original issue.
