I have been trying for two months to get a new controller by purchasing an OOW package for a discounted refurbished price. The link that was sent to me (twice) did not work and Meta is "investigating" the issue. I've inquired repeatedly for an update only to be deferred for 24-48 hours each time. My son has only been able to play with one controller for almost THREE months. This is ridiculous that a technology company can't resolve a technology issue. I will never recommend Meta product or resolution department. I requested a free controller at no charge if it can't be resolved. Why does my son have to suffer at the incompetence of Meta? I've reached out to the executive team as well, and it only fell on deaf ears. I will follow this complaint up on their FB page as well, as any other social media page. Complained with BBB too, not surprisingly, they are not accredited and have an F rating.

I have had an issue my VR right controller and after paying for a replacement direct with Meta and their guidance to do a factory reset and after multiple Chats on the support page I cannot get any help in troubleshooting my issue. Please advise what the complaints procedure is or how I can get actual support to resolve my issue.
