I bought the touch pro controllers for Christmas for my child. They do not work. I’ve spent hours over days with support team via WhatsApp going through potential fixes. None worked. Ive since been told there is a known issue with the controllers and engineers are investigation for a solution. Christmas Day was 9 days ago. The controllers were my son’s main present. He has not be able to use them. I am furious that you have ruined my son’s Christmas selling faulty devices. To compensate in some way, I am complaining to you for a full refund of the controllers and that we keep the controllers if your engineers ever find a solution. You have wasted so much of my time and upset my son. The least you can do if refund me.

Which headset do you have? The Quest Pro controllers aren't compatible with the Quest 3S headset, Quest 1 or Rifts.
