I've been on this ticket for 10 entire days and nights now. I've been extremely patient when it came to waiting and answering questions. After the 8th day of talking to me about my issue, I was informed to wait for them to communicate with their team, however it would seem that they didn't put the effort to resolve this quicker within the previous week and seek solutions over the week long period I had already waited. I told them that I understand things can take time, however with how long it had been taking, I wanted to speak to a superior. They reassured me that I knew how I felt, but did not attempt to put me in contact with a superior. They have not gotten back to me in multiple days.

Feel your pain, I have been waiting 3 months for this specialist team to answer me, not 1! Not a single reply in 3months and thats with me contacting live support at least a dozen times looking help.

Their customer service is awful. My right controller died within a month of buying the quest 2. They then sent a replacement which also died within a week. No one on the chat can offer any support. They take no responsibility for the fact they sent a faulty product again. They
