So awhile ago My headset started up this problem where when I connected to the Wi-fi it'd say "Connected to device, can't provide Internet" So I disconnected and forgot my WiFi reconnected but it didnt work, It's not my router because I'm sitting right next to it rn and it still shows up. I restarted it no luck, I FACTORY reset my headset. It still doesn't work. Now I'm stuck. And I don't know what to do, if there's a possible way to fix it or if I should just get a new headset. If anyone can figure out a solution please let me know.

Try a different router.
Just because you can see the router on the list doesn't mean the router is working correctly. It could be identifying itself or allowing connection but passing no data.
Just ask a friend if you can setup on their wifi. Quick test.
That way you can rule out the router.
