Hi everyone
I'm having trouble connecting my Meta Quest 3 to my Windows 11 PC with an ASUS H570-PRO WIFI motherboard Specifically, I can't get the Quest 3 to recognize my motherboard's Type-C USB Gen 2x2 port
I've already tried the following troubleshooting steps
However, none of these solutions have worked Strangely, I can connect the Quest 3 to my PC through a USB-C hub and achieve a stable connection with speeds up to 2.8Gbps on Meta Quest Link
I suspect there might be a compatibility issue between the Intel H570 chipset and the Quest 3, or perhaps a specific setting on my motherboard that needs to be adjusted
Furthermore, I conducted a test on my brother's PC, which is equipped with an ASUS B550 Plus motherboard The Quest 3 functioned without any problems
I've already made sure that all drivers are up-to-date and that my motherboard's BIOS is the latest version
Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance for your help
