I want to connect Meta Quest 2 to a computer using an air link, I have done this many times without any problems, the computer meets the system requirements, the devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. But today I encountered a problem: when I connect the headset, there is just a black screen and endless loading, and on the computer monitor it says that everything is connected except the headset itself. How to solve this problem?

Does this happen when you are using the standalone headset or only when you are trying to connect using airlink?
Have you tried to connect using a cable link?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own? We don't want to have you repeat the same steps unless its absolutely necessary

Hello! Sorry for not answering for a long time. Here are the answers to your questions:
This only happens when connected via AirLink. The headset has never had a problem with a black screen before, I connected via Air Link many times before and everything worked fine.
Unfortunately, I don't have the opportunity to connect via cable at the moment.
Since I wanted to play the game via Steam, I downloaded Steam VR for my headset and it worked
Hey there, we really appreciate you getting back to us about this. While Meta Quest does provide support for PCVR, we do not officially recommend using this for SteamVR as it can run into a number of issues such as this one.
