Hi, I face a problem when trying to connect my mobile with the device. When I click devices and press pair, it prints a message that says enter the 5-digit code in the headset, but when I wear the headset, nothing is shown.
So, what should I do to fix the issue?
One last question. How can I add the developer option? and thank you

Hey there! Thank you for sharing your recent experience with pairing your headset. We'd love to help you get this taken care of so you can begin to immerse yourself in VR!
First of let's make sure that our devices are all connected to the same network, and verify that the connection is 5ghz. If you have a mesh router this could cause some issues with connecting to the headset as it needs a 5ghz signal, if this is the case try to enable only the 5ghz signal. On your mobile device make sure you have location services and Bluetooth enabled, also check to see if your version of iOS or Android is up to date as well as the Oculus App from the Play Store or App Store.
Try to reboot both your headset and mobile device at the same time, and try to pair once more. You can also uninstall the Oculus App and re-install it to try again. Still not working? Try a complete factory reset of your headset, uninstall the Oculus App, reboot your mobile device, install the Oculus App once more, and start from the beginning.
Now, as far as setting up developer access for your headset you would need to create an Organization through our Developer site here. Once you've done so, you'll need to verify your account, which will prompt you to and give you instructions on how. From there, you can go into your mobile app to "Menu" then "Devices", you'll see an option under "Headset Settings" called "Developer Mode". Be sure your headset is connected to your PC, and from inside the headset, hit Accept Allow USB Debugging and Always allow from this computer when prompted.
