My controller is tracking movement but won't let me click on any buttons I have emailed and messaged thru whatsapp and got 1 response in 4 days.. would like to get this fixed so I can keep playing. Anyone else had issues like this?
Hey there, @Ryan.21! We understand that you're having some issues with your controller buttons not working. We know that this can prevent you from having the full VR experience, so we'd love to assist you. We're going to provide you with some troubleshooting below to try out.
You can also use compressed air to remove any debris inside the controller.
Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect button movement or controller detection (such as controller covers, controller attachments, etc.)
Remove the battery from the controller for at least 30 seconds
