Constant reset 😒 😑

5 times in 6 months I have had to factory reset due to error

facebook.wearable.system.location.service.keeps.stopping

 

This is absurd because I need to talk about my warranty before it runs out and meta quest app isn't working right either 😞 😞

You should only be factory resetting your headset when you have an issue that a factory reset will resolve. With that being said, we would definitely like to look into this further for you. ZERO help offered so far.  The headset keeps going on and giving the system error and turning off. It will not let me factory reset, says No Command.  Your link above offers NO PLACE TO SEND MESSAGE like you suggest.  I'm so overwhelmed that my device is having this much trouble and it's less than a year old. 😭

Ok see how finally there is a button to send a message. J just did that. Praying SOMETHING WORKS SOON.
