All my purchases are missing after switching to a meta account. The support website seems to be an infinite loop that doesn't actually let me open a ticket. Is there some simple way to just open a ticket with a real person?

did you switch to a Meta account in time? There was a deadline.
Oculus accounts that were not migrated to Meta accounts by end of March 2024 were deleted. People got notifications about this.
Or maybe you've accidently created a new account?
Support may still be able to help you restore your purchases.
