Signed up for the creator program and was approved. I enrolled and followed all prompts given in the email. After filling it out, I do see in green that I am enrolled. I know I need to submit my payout information and a W-9. When enrolling, but it never gave me the option to do either. When I click on the "payout" drop box, on the right side of it just says "your Horizon account doesn't have payout accounts set up. Also to add I have sent multiple emails and have not gotten a response.
