Continuous boundary settings since past updates

I am having issues with my boundary settings in my OQ2 since the last 2 system updates. In WW 1 Warplanes, I am constantly having to stop playing in order to readjust the boundary settings so that the steering stick in the game isn’t stuck in my stomach. It’s very frustrating, annoying, aggravating, etc., you get the idea ? Has anyone else been having issues with their games/apps?

I've been having boundary problems since the recent updates also.  Last boundary used is no longer recognized and creating a new boundary is glitchy and takes several attempts, definitly something defective with my headset since the new update.

Every time I open a game it asks me to redo my boundary. I out the floor level where it needs to be then redraw the boundary. It then tells me to restart the device to save the boundary. I do this and then when it turns back on I have to bo all the same steps and never get anywhere. 

Hey there, @DrewPersson. Setting your boundary is essential to your VR game play. We can imagine resetting the boundary that many times can be frustrating, but we will definitely figure this out for you. First, we'd like to gather some additional info from you.

  • What Quest device are you using?
  • How long have you been experiencing this issue with the boundary disappearing?
  • Does this happen in stationary mode or just during set-up?
