When I turn on my oculus the main screen where I login keeps moving around and my controllers continuously vibrate but will not show in VR. I changed the batteries on the remote and restarted the device as well. I have tried numerous resets of the system with no luck

We understand how having a controller not function as intended c an affect your VR experience, and we know getting this issue looked into is a priority; that way we can get you to gaming in VR again.
So that we may provide more in-depth troubleshooting, can you please let us know what headset you are using, and which controller you have for the headset?
