I have had controller drift for a while now and I thought nothing of it until just recently it started getting unbearable, I continuously spin around and cannot hit any of my shots in multiple of my games, I tried to update the drivers by removing the batteries for 10 minutes then putting new ones in but it hasn't worked, please help.

Support will recommend you to adjust the deadzones but that's only masking the issue, not fixing it. If the controllers are under warranty, have them replaced. If not, google Quest Drift to find varying options for cleaning or replacing the joystick modules.

If I got my headset at best buy would they replace them, I got a 3-year warranty

Since you did receive a 3 year warranty through Best Buy you could try them first, as our warranty options differ from theirs. So I spoke to best buy about the situation, and they said that the only available option was to trade in the whole headset as they do not sell individual controllers, but I would need the headset with me to trade it in. Now I don't know how that would work because I need my current headset to transfer the data to the new one, so please reach out to me to see if it would be possible to do a data transfer without having my current headset

I have my receipt from the store and tried to look up the serial number for my controllers yet it said that my warranty expired when it still has another year before its expiration, I got my Oculus Quest 2 in July of 2021 and got a 2-year warranty as well but when I typed in the serial number it said that the warranty expired this year
