Controller Glitching, wont let me click anything

The other day my controllers were working fine, but I had pretty bad stick drift and wanted to fix it. So I received a suggestion from a friend of mine and he told me to put a little bit of Isopropyl Alcohol into my Joysticks, and so I did just that. After I was done, I turned my headset on and my left controller worked fine, but my right one turned on for a few minutes, then it just turned off. Now, a day later I left it to possibly dry, and the controllers appear just fine, but I can't click anything with them in the menus, but when I remove the battery from my right controller, I can suddenly touch things in menus successfully like nothing ever happened, but as I put the battery back in, it just stops working, it shows me the controllers, but I just can't click anything.

Hey there, thanks for the comment. For the best cleaning and  device maintenance we recommend reviewing and following this article here

We do not recommend using liquids on your device and in particular do not use any liquid or solvent such as isopropyl or bleach.

We recommend leaving your controller to fully air dry as some of the internal components may still be affected.

Take caution before trying again ensuring your device and controllers are completely dry before trying again.

I have left the controllers with the battery's out for about a day now, and I put the battery's back in and booted the headset on, but the same issue was still there. I still can't click anything with my controllers, and I've done a factory reset aswell to try to fix the issue, bit now I can't even finish the Set-Up because it requires me to click the Meta Button on my right controller but I can't do that because non of my buttons on either controller are responsive.
