Hey there, @sharkysharkle. Thanks for reaching out and letting us know that your controller has a pesky dragging joystick with battery issues. Having something like this happen can certainly be discouraging, and we would like to lend a hand to help you out. Before we go down the replacement road, can you answer a few questions for us?
Can you send us a picture or video of the controller?
Have you removed the batteries for 30 minutes to allow the firmware to reset?
We would like to provide some troubleshooting steps for recalibrating the joystick.
From your headset, select Settings.
Select Controller Settings.
Under Joystick Deadzone and Range, select the joystick you're having an issue with.
Follow the on-screen instructions to recalibrate the joystick deadzones.
Note: When your controllers are turning on, make sure the joysticks are resting in their neutral position.
