So i had basically ordered a controller 2-3 weeks ago. whenever i order the process seemed simple. Whenever my old controller shipped to them they told me a day later to update my payment, i do and it charges my card but it kept my package on hold. Then i had a email saying my order failed now they’re trying to charge me every night around 12 am for 53 when i already payed it and the main part about this is my package to this day is still on hold🤦:male_sign: the customer service dint help at all really i just want my controller man.
